1. Use of the App

01Oneiro is a personal AI dream interpretation application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App or its model files
• Use the App in any way that could harm yourself or others

2. The AI model and content

01Oneiro uses advanced large language programming running entirely on your device. The model is provided under its respective public license.

Important: AI interpretations of user dreams are generated automatically. Interpretations are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Do not rely on 01Oneiro for any professional psychological, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical evaluations or decisions. Always consult with qualified professionals. We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated interpretation.

3. Intellectual property

The 01Oneiro app, its design, and associated assets are owned by Infinity Team. The underlying model is distributed in accordance with its open source or open weights license. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the App without our written permission.

Dreams and personal logs you save within the App belong exclusively to you. We have no access to them and make no claim over them.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

01Oneiro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
